I have always wanted to have a store that specialized in fashion accessories.  There is just something about a pair of glasses, earrings or a necklace that adds a little something extra to whatever outfit you are wearing.  You have no idea how happy I am to present to you fashion accessories for both men and women.  It is truly a blessing!

I spent over 20 years in the customer service field, in both sales and retention.  I have been the first point of contact for many of my customers.  Many of which just want someone to listen to their concerns, or express their delight in the products and services they were receiving.  I’ve learned a lot in those 20 years and it’s given me the foundation in how I interact with my customers as a business owner.

First and foremost, you are my priority & it is my goal to make sure that you are satisfied with every purchase.  If there is something that you are concerned with send me an email at mycustomer@iwearology.com.  I will respond to you within 24 hours.  The same goes if you want to tell me how happy you are with your purchase.  There isn’t anything too great or too small that we can’t handle together.

I want to be totally upfront with you, shipping may take 10 to 20 days.  I know it seems like a long time and I want to apologize for that in advance.  I promise to keep you updated on every order you place.  As my customer, I promise to make myself completely available to you.
